Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

marketingtsParticipantI have disabled all plugins except Woocmart Core and WP Bakery. You will need to activate Woocommerce and 360 images plugin to see the issue but disabled those as per your request. Thank you.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, send us a screenshot of how it works with a default WordPress theme so we can understand the difference between that and WoodMart.
Thank you in advance.

marketingtsParticipantThis is using Storefront as you can see like 360 image the image is full and nice and you can spin it 360 degrees. On Woodmart the image is now small and moves up and own the screen

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.
.threesixty_images li { font-size:0; }

marketingtsParticipantI tried but did not work – also now my side footer on fans and fan aseemblies has disappeared where you ask customers to choose brand etc

February 6, 2020 at 11:59 am #171893
Artem TemosKeymasterBe sure that you have added these widgets to the sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets.
February 6, 2020 at 12:04 pm #171895

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, disable all optimizations plugins and be sure that you have added the code to Theme Settings. Also, don’t forget to clear your browser cache.
February 6, 2020 at 3:30 pm #171958
marketingtsParticipantremember this is not your 360 but plugin 360 by woocommerce if that helps
February 6, 2020 at 3:44 pm #171961
marketingtsParticipanti did that and now the 360 spins as normal but the image is small and left aligned to top left of screen

Artem TemosKeymasterThe size of this block is set by the plugin’s CSS styles. You need to contact plugin’s developers for help in this question.
February 10, 2020 at 9:02 am #172465
marketingtsParticipantOK have been in touch with plugin developer and they are sure this is the issue – additional CSS. I have no idea where this extra css has come from or how to delete it. i have attached the image so you can see

Artem TemosKeymasterYou can check two custom CSS areas: one is in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS and another one in Appearance -> Customize.
Our theme doesn’t have other areas for user CSS code.February 10, 2020 at 9:06 am #172468
marketingtsParticipantIt is not there. I know i have never added this code myself as still learning. It has just appeared. Could it be a setting within theme for product images?
February 10, 2020 at 10:03 am #172479
Artem TemosKeymasterOur theme’s code doesn’t contain such code since it has CSS class that comes with the plugin only.
February 10, 2020 at 12:05 pm #172502
marketingtsParticipantI have fixed issue – in their update they added that css code into one of their .php files. I have reverted the plugin to the previous update and it is back to normal. Thank you for your help also
