I removed all tick of this section (see image)

now when anyone that are not logged in, arrives at checkout page, they see this:
You must be logged in to checkout.

I know it is now your theme related, just want to know which file should be edit? I want to add our login plugin shortcode in that page

In general, the My Account page comes from WooCommerce and WoodMart theme cannot influent it,

In order to change the My Account template, you need to copy the file into the child theme: woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php in the same route and edit it.
