WooCommerce Analytics Data Not Matching!

    When I go check the Analytics -> Overview and click on orders,

    When you count the orders it’s not the same.

    If you go to Analytics -> Categories and the figures are not same.

    What’s causing this error? How to fix this?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I changed the theme to storefront, but the issue is still there. What does that mean? Do you think what could be causing this?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue.
    Try to contact the woocommerce support in this regard they will guide you better.

    Yep, I’ve contacted woocommerce now. But on your opinion, what is causing this? I never had this problem before. and this mismatch sale is really making me hard to function daily.

    Any suggestion from your side would be helpful. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache.

    Once cleared, re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics > Settings
    If it still doesn’t work, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.
