Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue.
Try to contact the woocommerce support in this regard they will guide you better.
Yep, I’ve contacted woocommerce now. But on your opinion, what is causing this? I never had this problem before. and this mismatch sale is really making me hard to function daily.

Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache.
Once cleared, re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics > Settings
If it still doesn’t work, check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.
