Woocommerce Cart Issue

I tried to add a product to my cart and when I go to the cart it says it’s empty. I then added it again and the cart icon at the top showed two tank tops (I don’t need both) and it still says empty.

Please advise how to fix the issue!

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
