Dear WoodMart Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am currently using the WoodMart theme on my WooCommerce website:
I am experiencing an issue with my WooCommerce Checkout page.
The Checkout page was working before, but after some changes during website customization, the Checkout page started behaving incorrectly.
Problem:
When I visit:
https://www.mysite.com/checkout/
the page does not display the WooCommerce checkout form correctly. Instead, it appears to load the wrong page/template (previously showing “Portfolio”), and sometimes redirects back to the homepage.
Current situation:
WooCommerce Checkout page still exists.
WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Page setup is correct:
Cart page: Cart (ID: 50)
Checkout page: Checkout (ID: 51)
My Account page: My Account (ID: 52)
The Checkout page contains the correct WooCommerce shortcode:
[woocommerce_checkout]
The page slug is:
/checkout/
Permalink settings have already been resaved.
Cache has been cleared.
I checked WoodMart Theme Settings, but I cannot find any incorrect Checkout page assignment.
No intentional redirect has been created.
Additional information:
The website uses:
WordPress
WooCommerce
WoodMart Theme (v8.5.7)
Elementor
AIOSEO
LiteSpeed Cache
WP Super Cache
Could you please help me identify why the Checkout page is being replaced by another template or redirected?
Is there any WoodMart setting, template assignment, or database option that could cause the Checkout page to load incorrectly?
I would appreciate your guidance on how to restore the default WooCommerce Checkout page.
I can provide screenshots, admin access, or any additional information if required.
Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards,
Mo
