woocommerce country dropdown not working

hi i have wmpl installed on my website https://coveinterior.com/home/ everything is working fine, but on checkout phase, the country dropdown for some reason is not working

i activated the “Twenty Twenty-Two” theme and got the same result in the Arabic language country list display not found as per the attachment.

As the issue is also occurring with the default wordpress theme which clears that the issue is not from our theme.
