WooCommerce coupons are not getting applied on checkout page?

On the cart page coupons are getting applied but on the checkout page nothing happens, it remains as it is (not even an error message).

1st time when we try to apply the coupon nothing happens but the second time, it says coupon is already applied and then the coupon gets applied.

how come we can come over this issue?

I watched the video you attached.

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not because the coupon codes are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
