Please note that api key authentication button is not responding, once I click on it, nothing happens.

Which plugin are you using to add the API key??
And provide with some relevant screenshots of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please check by activating some default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because the payment method and addon are of WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.
