Woocommerce database not updating properly

Hey there!
With the Woocommerce update to version 3.9.0 all three Woodmart stores are not able to update their database. The action is always in all stores pending but not successfully running which is a huge deal for us because the update is never fully executed.
You can find the pending actions on the screenshot added. If you want we can provide a dev account for our test environment.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I activated another theme and I deactivated all plugins but the error still occurs.

It means that this problem is more related to WooCommerce and not caused by our theme. Sorry, but we don’t have a solution to this.
