First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).
The Product Images are controlled by WooCommerce itself and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce provides some options for the Images that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

First I want that a face should be visible the square 1:1 crop is active i want to crop it from below instead of face.
Secondly i need pictures to be in uniform size.

I have visited your website and saw the screenshot you attached. As I mentioned in my previous reply the product images and thumbnails are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence it. The setting you are trying to make is not possible because WooCommerce doesn’t provide any settings related to the height.
Their height depends on the image size. So, we suggest you to upload all of them in the same proportion to make it look nice.
OR
You can try setting custom aspect ratio from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.
