    Hi, I have bought your theme and have ecommerce website. But only WooCommerce emails are not sending. Could you please let me know what’s wrong?

    Hi, Our contact form email is working. And WordPress also sending emails. Only WooCommerce related emails are not working. I changed the order status to completed as well. Still no emails are sending and When we create a account when checkout also email is not sending.

    Any help please?

    Maybe you have a lot of third-party code in the child theme which breaks the work of the emails. So, it is an issue with the Child Theme Customization on your Site not an issue at the Theme level.

    You need to reconsider the customization changes done in Child Theme in this regard or Try to create a new child theme.
