There is no problem with the calculation module that I used in a different theme. In the woodmart theme, the problem occurs only in the desktop version. How can I solve this problem?

    Hello

Try to disable the custom layout for the single product page and check the issue. You can do this in Dashboard > WoodMart > Layouts.

    Best Regards.

Yes, the problem was solved when I disabled the product layout. So, can’t I use the product layout? If I use it, it will still break. Is there a different way to do this?

    Hello,

When you create a custom layout with Elementor it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with Elementor manually.

We have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Best Regards.

I am using the same theme on a different hosting company. Even though everything is the same, there is no error there. But in this hosting the system breaks down. Could it be related to hosting settings?

    Hello,

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Best Regards.
