It only works inside Elementor, and the layouts (as you may see in my other tickets) have issues, so, I have disabled them all.

1. Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for showing the visual hooks as in your video. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

2. Our Single product page uses the default hooks from WooCommerce, the visual guide is shown here – https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/
So you can use the hooks provided there for help.

Also, in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart we have the Content area for enabling your HTML Blocks Before “Add to cart button” and after “Add to cart button”: https://take.ms/we3fo

Additionally, in the settings of each product, we have the “Extra content block” option which can help you define your own content via HTML Block in the positions shown below: https://gyazo.com/436b89423cc3d586be39cfd997e1177b

Ok. I have no problem to use the default hooks. But not inside the layout. I want to use it on the default theme pages, not the layouts. Is it possible?
