Woocommerce LOG file errors

Hi!

We have some problem with woocommerce pluign. (Follow-up emails give 500 error, when we try send emails.) I called with woocommerce support and they sad the problem is with woodmart theme.

But please be carefull with plugins on/on because this site is a real, working online webshop, so if you change some plugins maybe our customers cant use the webshop, cant make orders!

You need to activate Woodmart Core plugin because it is required for our theme.

Oh, sorry. I dont know why did it deactive.
I activated now, but the problem is same.

I cant use follow up email. When i click the send mails button, i recieve an 500 error page.
The woocommerce support sad. The problem has with theme.

And another (same) problme.

After i updated to 3.1.1 i always recieve this notice.

Your custom generated CSS file is outdated. The current version of the theme is 3.1.1 so you need to go here and click on “Update” button to actualize it.

I make it 20 times but always popup again. 🙂

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

And please, update the CSS file one more time. We fixed the version number now.

Sorry, i cant change the theme now (only in night) because it a working live webshop.

So i will try it tonight.

OK, and why WooCommerce decided that the problem caused by our theme? Do you have any error logs or screenshots for the problem? The error in your first message was caused by WoodMart core plugin and now it shouldn’t appear.

I sended all of error log file to the woocommerce support with my problem and they sad the follow-up mail is ok, the problem is with the theme. (The have wanted to change the theme to they’s storefront theme but i cant. Its a live site…..)
