Sometimes there are circumstances where i get a lot of the Woocomerce messages on my site.
Shouldn’t those be disappearing after a few seconds? or atleast there had to be a limit on how many of the messages can be displayed at the same time. I don’t want those to clog up my entire screen.

This is default WooCommerce functionalities and WoodMart does not control it.
