marketing-6961ParticipantGood morning,
I am experiencing an issue with WooCommerce while using your theme, specifically with the child theme.
Issue description:
the “My Account” page loads correctly, but when clicking on the different sections (Orders, Addresses, Account details, etc.), the page simply reloads without displaying the selected content. It always stays on the main account dashboard.Tests already performed:
* all plugins disabled except WooCommerce;
* permalinks refreshed;
* My Account page correctly configured;
* verified the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode;
* direct endpoint test (e.g. /my-account/orders/) without success;
* the issue does NOT occur when using the parent theme;
* the issue occurs when the child theme is activated.Conclusion:
the problem appears to be caused exclusively by the child theme.I kindly ask for urgent assistance, as I need to go live by Monday and I must use the child theme.
I remain available to provide access or any further details if needed.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
April 24, 2026 at 1:44 pm #716853Hello,
Since the my account page works fine with the parent theme, the issue is coming from the customizations inside your child theme. You’ll need to review and adjust the custom code in your child theme so it doesn’t override or conflict with the my account functionality. I’d recommend checking the modified template files or custom functions added in the child theme and updating them accordingly.
Also note that troubleshooting and fixing customizations in a child theme fall outside the scope of our support.
Best Regards

marketing-6961ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
I would like to clarify that I have not modified the My Account page, WooCommerce templates, PHP functions, or any code related to account functionality in the child theme.
The child theme only contains styling changes, and no customization has been made to the WooCommerce My Account area.
Could you please indicate specifically what conflict you believe is caused by the child theme, or which file/selector/template should be checked?
Simply saying that the issue comes from the child theme is not enough for me to identify the problem, especially since no account-related code has been modified.
Best regards
