WooCommerce Payments not Working

Although we checked everything is set up properly in the back-end and in the plugin, when going to the check-out page the payment options don’t work. They ‘forever load’

We are scared there might be an incompatibility between the theme and the WooCommerce Payments plugin. Can you advise us on what to do?

Please check the Dashboard> Layouts, if you see a template for the checkout, disable it and check the issue. Most likely, the checkout is created in Woocommerce builder which may not support your payment plugin. You will get the default checkout page.
