WooCommerce Points and Rewards Basel Issue

    Hello,

    I noticed when using WooCommerce Points and Rewards that the ‘apply discount’ button was missing from basket/checkout. I found your forum post (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/basel-and-woocommerce-points-and-rewards/) and that fixed the button issue.

    However, the number of points and discount the user receives are showing up as 0, even if the user has points.

    In the attached photo, the user has 300 points but it shows up as 0 on checkout.

    Any help greatly appreciated 🙂

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    It still occurs in other themes, so it must be a plugin issue – my apologies!

    Yes, it seems to be some problem with the plugin itself.
