Woocommerce problem in updating

    Greetings,

    I have a problem with woocommerce plugin when I was updating it. It won’t work…

    What can I do ?

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I made the chnges but the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except Woocommerce and activate Storefront. Then update the plugin.

    As soon as you update the plugin, activate the parent WoodMart and all the plugins in the Appearance > Install plugins.

    I can’t activate the woocommerce plugin it is deactivated. I don’t have storefront or if it somewhere how can i find it ?

    Anything else ?

    Hello,

    You can install Storefront in the Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add new > insert in the search “Storefront”.

    What is the Wooommerce version now? Perhaps your plugin is of the recent version and you cannot update it.

    My woocommerce version is 6.9.2

    What storefront i have to install because it has too many for example : Change Storefront Footer Copyright Text, Storefront Hamburger Menu, Title Toggle for Storefront Theme, Storefront Wishlist and many more …

    Hello,

    We suggest installing the Storefront just for the while of Woocommerce updating. Please clone your site and move to the staging platform, make the update there or provide the site admin access (staging site) we will help and you would then update in the live site.
