I am using your WoodMart theme in combination with the WP User Frontend Pro plugin (Personal Plan) to allow users to submit WooCommerce products from the frontend.
The submission form is correctly saving all necessary fields like product title, description (post_content), short description (post_excerpt), and regular price (_regular_price). However, when viewing the product on the frontend (single product page), the price, description, and other details are not displayed at all.
Interestingly, when I create a product manually via the WordPress admin, everything displays perfectly on the product page. This makes me believe that perhaps the frontend product template (or product loop) in WoodMart is not picking up custom fields saved by WP User Frontend.
Could you please let me know:
• If the WoodMart single product template needs any special configuration to support frontend-submitted products?
• Whether there are any known compatibility issues with WP User Frontend?
• What modifications (if any) should be made to ensure these fields display correctly?Thank you in advance for your help!

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it’s our theme issue or not?

I recently uninstalled both the WoodMart theme and WordPress from my cPanel, in order to perform a clean reinstall and test the WP User Frontend plugin.
After reinstalling WordPress and trying to activate the WoodMart theme again, but the license key is no longer valid, and I am unable to view or reuse it.
Could you please advise me on how I can renew or reactivate my license key in this case?
I attached 2 pictures with this issue.Thank you !

You can manage all your purchase codes in your account on our website: https://xtemos.com/my-account/
From there, remove the old purchase code, if any, and enter your new valid purchase code and click “Activate”.
You can activate the license via WoodMart -> Theme license: https://prnt.sc/DgjsUkWmMTaM
