Woocommerce Product Variations does NOT cross out the unavailable variations

I have trouble with my product that the Swatches for variations dont work.

I assume its because my product has too many variations about 650+
And thats why the theme can not cross out the variations that are unavailable.

If thats correct do you know how I can fix this?
Do you have experience with this?

Is there some sort of code snippet i can add to make a bigger variation threshhold so that it works again – im a little frustrated and cant find any solution to make this work.

Please try to increase the value of the “AJAX variation threshold” option via Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products.
