woocommerce Products custom Order

Hi!
After read this post, and check the wordpress documentation like this …but I can’t get it.
At the same time if I check the Woocommerce setting -> Product tab -> Display option is not there!
I tried to use a plugin like this: https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/
Looks like some issue it’s running somewhere… 🙁
The webpage it’s under construction, with the last versions of theme, woocommerce and plugins.
Could you hell me please!!! Thanks

Hello, as I told you, the web page is under construction but next day we’ll make it public! Before 15 of november!
Could we hope to get the solution before that date??!
In case there will be not a solution before 15 of november, could we restore a previos version theme who work fine? How?
