WooCommerce products disappearing from shop page

    I’m experiencing an issue on a live WordPress + WooCommerce website using the Woodmart theme, and I’d like your help investigating it.

    Issue description:
    Products sometimes disappear from the website, specifically on shop page. The page load normally, but no products are shown.

    Temporary solution:
    When I go to WordPress → Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes (without changing anything), all products immediately reappear and the site works normally again.

    Additional information:

    The website is live and has around 491 products

    AJAX filtering is enabled

    No caching plugin (such as LiteSpeed) is currently installed

    The issue happens randomly and then resolves temporarily after saving permalinks

    Could you please help me identify why this is happening and suggest a permanent solution?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Noted, I will create a staging environment to test the plugins since the website is live and the products disappear at no specific time so sometimes I have to wait 12 hrs for example to know if they keep disappearing or not, sometimes 1 hr..
    I will keep you updated.

    Hello,

    After thorough testing, I created a staging environment on Hostinger and deactivated all third-party plugins, then reactivated them one by one as advised.

    As a result of this testing, I noticed that **every day between 11:05 PM and 11:37 PM**, all products disappear from the **live website only**.
    I also tried modifying the .htaccess file via the File Manager, but the issue still occurs.

    The products reappear **only after I click “Save Changes” in the Permalinks settings**.

    Important notes:

    * The issue does not occur on the staging environment
    * I checked for cron jobs and did not find any scheduled tasks
    * PHP version is up to date
    * WordPress, theme, and plugins are fully updated

    Since the website is live, this issue is critical. I would really appreciate your help in identifying the cause and resolving it as soon as possible.

    Sorry to say currently I am unable to reproduce the issue on your site because products are showing fine. Since your live site is using Cloudflare CDN, Hostinger CDN the issue is very likely related to caching at the CDN or server level.

    When the cache expires or is cleared automatically, pages like the shop page may temporarily serve empty or incomplete content. Saving Permalinks bypasses the cache and regenerates rewrite rules, which is why the products reappear immediately.

    In both Cloudflare and Hostinger CDN, exclude your Shop from page caching. After any updates to products or layouts, clear both Cloudflare and Hostinger CDN caches.
