Woocommerce shortcode [products ids=.....] does not work when the site is loaded

Hello, I have a phänomen since serval month. I am using simple woocommerce shortcode like [products ids="8206"]. But when the site is loaded the first time the product is shown broken like screenshot below and also is not clickable. Also the following Related Products are shown broken.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Hello, the site is live and therefore I can not deactivate the plugins adhoc. Actually the staging site is not available. But my question was, if you can reproduce the error, because when I update the site serval times it looks all fine. But in the first load there is often this broken view like in the screenshot above.

We can’t reproduce this problem since every time we visit your page it looks normal. That is why we need your admin access and try different situations to see when the problem occurs.
