    Hi,

I’m having an issue with the WooCommerce sidebar filters.

When I select a filter option, the sidebar automatically changes, some filter options disappear, get removed, or the available filters are changed based on the selected option.

What I would like is for the filters to remain visible and unchanged after selecting an option.

    Ideally:

-Selecting a filter should only mark that option as selected.
    – All other filter options should remain visible.
-Selected filters should remain visible and checked/active.
    – Users should be able to select multiple filters without the sidebar changing or removing other options.
-The filter list should remain consistent while the user is making selections.

I also have another issue when using the Woodmart Product Archive Layout.

The product grid itself is aligned correctly and all product cards have the same size, but the product images inside the grid are not the same height. Woodmart seems to automatically adjust the image height based on the original image dimensions/aspect ratio.

As a result, some product images appear shorter while others are taller, even though the product grid and cards are aligned correctly.

Interestingly, when I do not use the Product Archive Layout, the images behave correctly and have a consistent height.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    01. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Expand the widget used in the Shop page sidebar and set the Query Type to “OR”.

    Screenshot for reference:https://ibb.co/44KWYwm

With this setting, the available filter values should remain visible when selecting a filter, allowing users to select multiple filter options without the other values being removed.

    2. I also checked your Product Archive Layout. The Image element in your layout is currently using the Large image resolution, while the image ratio is configured as 1:1 under Appearance > Customize: https://postimg.cc/QFJ0jrmy

Please make sure the Image element in your Product Archive Layout is configured with the appropriate image size and ratio.

The displayed image dimensions can vary depending on the selected image resolution and the original dimensions/aspect ratio of the product images. Since the images display correctly when the Product Archive Layout is not being used, the image settings within the custom Product Archive Layout should be checked and adjusted accordingly.

    Best Regards

    Thank you for your answer.
I just checked the filter OR option it looks like its working when I am on my general shop page.
But as soon as I am trying to filter it on the product layout use, its not working properly even though they are the same filters.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello,

If you want to always display all product categories in the sidebar on every category page,

Please use the default WooCommerce “Product Categories” widget instead of the WoodMart Category Filter widget.

You can add it via Appearance > Widgets > Shop filters area: https://postimg.cc/sMybjB6G

This widget supports showing the full category tree globally on category pages.

    Best Regards
