    Sorry to say but we didn’t get you exactly in this regard because the Screen Options on the Dashboard are showing fine as they should. Also, the mentioned page at the Dashboard Admin that you are referring to WooCommerce > Status > there the Screen Options don’t show confirmed from the Test Site as well: https://snipboard.io/pd2kzq.jpg

    So, where exactly are you referring to?

    Yes, team, you are right the screen option showing fine in the dashboard. but we are not showing the WooCommerce Status option in the screen option. Here I am using the same wood mart theme for my other client here the WooCommerce Status option in the screen option showing perfectly.

    Ok, so we have further checked and confirmed regarding this concern and found out that it is not a Theme specific concern, it is mostly being related to the WooCommerce Setup Wizard isn’t getting completed regarding not showing the WooCommerce Status under Screen Option as suggested by WooCommerce itself.

    So, please once make sure that you have the Setup Wizard completed for the WooCommerce plugin on your Site. You can read more about it here on their guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/dashboard-widgets/

    Yes, team, we have completed the Setup Wizard for the WooCommerce plugin but still, the WooCommerce Status under Screen Option is not showing could you please also look into this?

    We would suggest you to please once contact WooCommerce Support in this regard because this concern is specifically at their end. The Theme doesn’t influence it as it is suggested under their guide and Support Threads too. So, please try contacting WooCommerce support and see what they have to say about this. They can guide you better. Hope you can understand our limitations here.
