WooCommerce Subscriptions plan upgrade feature does not work with Woodmart

    Hello!

    I racked my brain for days and days, and nothing was resolved, I thought the problem was in any other plugin.

    Today, I decided to change the Woodmart theme to Storefront and by magic, it worked perfectly.

    What problem is occurring?

    1- Access the product and buy a Lite plan for example:

    (Stripe gateway is in sandbox, you can test it as you wish)

    2- After purchasing the first subscription, go back to the subscriptions:

    Click on view subscription

    and below click on the button “Upgrade or downgrade”

    3- The product page will open, choose any other plan + period and make the switch.

    At the moment the error occurs, it is not possible to add the signature to the Cart, the cart simply remains empty.

    If I simply switch from Woodmart to Storefront:

    Clicking the Subscription upgrade button and choosing a new plan

    Bingo, it simply works, you can add the license to the cart and just pay the difference in the upgrade price, as it should work.

    Remembering, I had all plugins deactivated, and the error always happened, when I switched to Storefront it resolved it.

    The problem really lies with Woodmart, if necessary, you can deactivate plugins and carry out the necessary tests to release the correction patch.

    Could you please send us a user account with active subscription so we can test? Also, please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily.

    Try to disable “AJAX Add to cart” in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart.

    Oops…looks like it worked.

    I disabled Ajax and added it to the cart.

    I’ll test it a few more times.

    It seems to be ok now.

    It appears that Woo Subscription does not support Ajax add to cart.
