Woocommerce tabs not functional + Wp Rocket JS list not filling

This started around a month ago
The woocommerce tabs are not functional
I tried disabling all plugins that are not related to the theme including wp rocket and could not find the reason
+ When trying to load WP ROCKET JS exclusions I cannot for some reason get it to “fill” in wp rocket settings

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty-Four or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
