I am experiencing two persistent issues on my WoodMart store that I couldn’t resolve despite extensive troubleshooting.
Issue 1: Shop Page Showing Tax-Exclusive Price
I have set my product prices to be inclusive of tax (e.g., 3000₺). In WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, both “Display prices in the shop” and “Display prices during cart and checkout” are explicitly set to “Including tax”.
However, the frontend shop/category pages still display the tax-exclusive price (2500₺). I have completely flushed WP Rocket cache and Redis Object Cache, and tested in Incognito mode, but the frontend price remains incorrect.
Issue 2: Variation Swatch Images Not Pulling from Variations
I use numeric terms (1, 2, … 10, 11) for my “Color” attribute. I have enabled the “Use images from product variations” option in Theme Settings > Shop > Variable Products.
I uploaded images directly into the variations via the Variation Gallery and ensured all variations have prices and are active. However, on the frontend, terms like “10” and “11” do not show the image swatch; they only appear as text boxes.
Could you please check if there is a theme-level cache/conflict or a specific bug causing these two issues?
