Woocommerce text with delivery fields

How can I add text under my delivery methords.

E.G under next day delivery (if ordered before 12PM)

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings to add the option as you mentioned.

Because the checkout is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

You can try using any third party plugin that meets your requirement.
