WooCommerce Thank You Page is Not Working

Hello,

I hope you’re doing well. We’re using your WoodMart theme in our furniture shop.

It came to our attention that the THANK YOU page after placing WooCommerce order is no longer displaying anything. It’s redirecting to a blank page. This page used to display the order summary before.

We tested the THANK YOU page after activating the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, and then it displayed the order summary. This means the issue is with the WoodMart theme that has been confirmed.

Later, we contacted WooCommerce support, and they said Woodmart overwrote the WC thankyou.php template. This template has an issue that needs to be fixed.

I’m writing in the hope that you guys will help us fix our THANK YOU page asap, as it’s impacting our conversions.

Go to Theme Setting > Shop > Thank you page -> enable the option Default "Thank you page" content. https://prnt.sc/7cZorFEbkLeb

However, I wanted to use HTML block and design a custom thank you page instead.

Okay we can’t allow dynamic IPs as our server has firewall security to allow only selective IPs can login. To solve this problem I’m sharing an alternative method via private content box.

Please let me know if you need further assistance to get you logged in.
