peter-9793ParticipantHi Guys,
Thank you for the help to date. I have an issue where my customer can select impossible options (no variant exists). When this is done – you just get a message below.
on my previous site running with WooCommerce variation swatches and Photos this doesn’t happen and after you select your first choice the unavailable options are greyed out. I have sent two links below. one to my old site and one to the staging site.
Is there away to replicate this feature with your theme as I would ideally like to stick with yours for consistency.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory and apply this https://take.ms/fpG4B option. Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

peter-9793ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately this does not resolve the issue (its not that certain items are out of stock is that certain combinations don’t exist.)
If you select the a combination that doesn’t exist you get the following message –
“Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination”Which is not very user friendly – especially when we are landing products with 10 size options 10 top options and 10 leg options where not all sizes, top option and leg options work together.
Let me know what you think

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Such behavior with the message comes from WooCommerce. Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the delay.
After increasing the “AJAX variation threshold” value in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products, it started to work well: https://prnt.sc/knirXSfusNHq
Kind Regards
