I created and added API key through plagin WooCommerce API but I couldn’t use it. I wrote to server’s support and I got answer that there are no problems at server and everything are access and aren’t locked. Look sreen in attach

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
