Woodmart 3.1.1 Upgrade Breaks Visual Composer Text Element

This has happened on 2 sites today.
Upgrade Woodmart to 3.1.1
Go to page, click text element, visual view of text works but text view is blank.
If I go to woodmart parent template, same issue.
If I go to twenty-seventeen it works properly
So it’s Woodmart.
If I turn off ALL plugins except for Woodmart Core (1.0.11) and WPBakery Page Builder (5.5.5) it still happens.
The text view is just blank, the code on the page does not adjust the “visibility” css when I switch to the text tab.

I have created page testing and added a text block http://prntscr.com/lax732 now the page is in draft state. Please check once again and clarify what page of the element causes the problem.

weird, if I open that text block and click the “text” tab it’s blank. If I close the text block, reopen it and click the “text” tab the code shows…
It’s the same on my other site with the upgraded woodmart theme… I have to open the text block element twice before I can see the code view…
