Woodmart 8.0 version breaks “Header banner” (Sticky header announcement bar)

Hi Guys,

First of all it’s a pleasure to write to you guys because the team did a very impressive work on this theme used Word Wide now.
Congratulations for the good work!

I tried to update the Woodmart theme on one of my development websites and I discovered without any other error logs in PHP, that the “Header banner” (Sticky header announcement bar) it’s missing.

I tested in paralel with the 7.x version and the same HTML classes in DOM, but somehow it’s a strange behaviour on 8.x

I will creat a video on youtube unlisted just to make sure you understand my issue [if needed and the attached images are not too clear], and find a patcher in your team. Also my credentials are in Private content for your team.

Hello,

It looks like you have the header.php file overridden in the child theme and it lacks our CSS classes. Please update the plugin or delete it from the child theme and test how it works.
