the woodmart dynamic discounts apply to items on sale. With no way to exclude items which are on sale from the bulk dynamic discounts rule table. This can be Good in some cases but if items which are on sale margins are low. Can quickly make it unprofitable the option to exclude items on sale should be available please fix!

Try to enable the discount condition for activating the “Dynamic Discounts” for all products, specific products, etc. using conditions.
