Woodmart causing render delay 1-3 seconds

After paying a developer to narrow down a performance issue where 70% of the time when a user goes to our site there is 1-3 seconds of white screen which is caused by render delay.
We have already tried –
1. Disabling all plugins except woocommerce and woodmart core
2. Making a blank page with no jeader and footer and just text that says “test page” on it to test.
3. Switching to different theme
After switching to a different thene the issue stops. The developer then said to reach out to Woodmart support as it is confirmed to be 100% related to the theme we use.
Please examine and tell us what we can do. Please do not show me speed tests as an example of it not being a problem. Our core web vitals are failing and I’m talking about real world experience, not speed tests. We switched to Woodmart a little over a year ago and really like the theme so I’d prefer not to switch and find the issue please.

Send me access to the admin panel, also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the default/parent theme for testing.
