Hey,

1) How can i import this menu? Without importing the whole premade website. Just want this one element.

2) I can’t seem to manage to stretch the background again after i made it fixed to a length. So i’m just debating importing the menu from scratch if possible.

As mentioned above, its not an option as of now to share wp logins.

Try to create a staging site:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

Import the demo on the staging site as you want and you can import-export any content by means of default WordPress functionality: Dashboard > Tools > Import/Export. Export the content from the staging site and import it on the production site.
