Woodmart Core creating error

    when i activate woodmart core then my website shown an error

    ” You website has critical error ”

    and sometimes

    ” You are not allowed to access this page ”

    When i deactivate woodmart core, then it works but my content is not being shown abnormal.

    my hosting says

    The error is due to this file

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting our support.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme and provide the site admin access to the private area.
