Woodmart core plugin error

Hello until now I did use for couple of years your theme Basel, and I purchase the WoodMart . while installing the Woodmart core plugin take ages to instal and I never activate and after that I have a message fatal error on my website ?

I tried that again but it still keep loading for more than 15min

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily and send us your FTP access too.

Yes, but activate them one by one to see which plugin causes this conflict. And don’t activate Xtemos Post types plugin that comes with Basel theme.
