woodmart-core plugin keeps giving errors and site fails to load if activated

After doing some research it might be that the Woodmart-core plugin gives problems in combination with elementor and elementor pro plugin? I deactivated the woodmart-core plgin for the time beeing so that there is a some sort of working webshop.

Error log php also gives this:

I’m affraid this is all I can tell you. It get’s stuck if I activate the Woodmart Core plugin. Not right away, but after a few minutes. So it is hard to reproduce. I will put in my admin login and if you than activate the plugin you can see what happens

And right now? Sooner or later is is craching. On my side it’s stuck again.

The hoster (Flywheel) did everything they could have done and really point to Woodmart Core plugin in combination with Elementor.

By the way, I had this site on another host and had the same issues. The extra info the hoster gave me:

As we can see, there are a lot of different errors not from the theme only. Maybe you server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Could you please try to use a different one like BlueHost, Kinsta or Cloudways? If it doesn’t help, we will return your money back for the theme.

Did you read my previous reply? Yes, I tried other host and we now host on Flywheel. They never let me down and have great WP hosting. And you offer me money back. Seriously? Been working on this site for days and customer is not gonna pay for a new theme and the time that is involved to make it look the way it does. We already lost many many hours figuring out what could cause this and now manu hours to build something new?

Maybe it’s not caused by the theme. But that’s what it looks like for now. Giving money back is not supportive and what is so hard taking a serious look at this and try to solve it? If in that process you think it hase nothing to do with Woodmart in combination with elementor, than I understand that you stop supporting.

I have multiple Woodmart setups and never asked for support.

We don’t see any signs of how the theme affects this at all. Are you able to provide us with access to your server logs in real-time? We need to see what error is written to the logs in the moment when it generates 503 error. And please, keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off.

I have got damage because I need to build a new webshop, my client can’t sell anything, and you guys just don’t give a sh*t!
