Woodmart core pugin & WP Bakery is breaking My Website

I can’t simultaneously activate wp-bakery and woodmart plugin or there will be a time out error. On one such occasion, here is the error i got below.

There has been a critical error on your website.

I have noticed that it doesn’t throw time out error until after i try loading the front end (after activating both wp-bakery & woodmart). I’ll then have to rename the plugin folder to force deactivation.

Kindly help me look into this as my website is currently broken

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

I noticed that everything works well if there is a plugin for coming soon on the front end, such that non logged in user can’t see the actual home page. Once the “coming soon” page/plugin is removed, the bug triggers an error that makes the website time out eventually.

I have disabled all plugins at the moment.

Please, send us your FTP access and describe how to see your error logs where you saw the error from your first message.

1. Uninstall all plugins b renaming plugin folder
2. Activate only woodmart core plugin (the error is triggered here)

3. Activating wp bakery after this simply breaks the website, and leads to a time out.

Kindly try again, i see that you didn’t use the “settings upload” method that requires a password, so i removed the password. You should be able to access it now

Please try this new private key just in case. I’ve tried it and it works.

We have used “Key file” login type and uploaded your key file

I uploaded a new key but didn’t change the name. Now i have renamed it. Please try it again. Thank you.
