Hi! I have site with existing content. How to import prebuild site without overwriting existing content?

It depends on which content you want to import, some import demos could remove the existing content and some of them do not.

I suggest importing the other demo the staging site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

Import the demo on the staging site and you can copy or export the desired sections to the live site. or other content types without affecting the live site.
