birtasarimci.netParticipantHello,
I imported a WoodMart demo on my website, https://test.puzzlent.com/. However, I have encountered several issues across the website following the import process.
The demo content and design were not imported as expected, resulting in various visual and functional problems throughout the website.
The main issues I have encountered are:
The demo design and page layouts are not displaying correctly.
Some images and visual elements are missing or failing to load.
The mega menu layout, columns, and overall design are broken.
Some demo content and design elements are not functioning properly.
Overall, the website looks incomplete and significantly different from the original demo.I previously experienced an issue with license activation, which has now been resolved. My WoodMart license is currently active. However, the demo-related issues persist.
I am considering completely removing the existing demo content and importing the demo again from scratch. Before proceeding, I would appreciate your guidance to ensure that I do not encounter the same issues again.
Could you please assist me with the following questions?
What is the recommended procedure for completely removing the incorrectly imported demo content and reinstalling it properly?
Could these issues be caused by an incomplete or incorrect demo import?
Are there any specific server requirements or PHP settings that need to be configured to ensure a successful demo import?
Is there an alternative method you would recommend to resolve these issues?I would appreciate your guidance on restoring the website to the original demo design, with all its features and functionality working correctly.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,

September 30, 2026 at 1:16 pm #730354Hello,
We see that no images were imported during the prebuilt website installation. Can we reset your website and try to run the content import from scratch?
Best Regards
