Woodmart does not render custom Elementor designed Dokan Single Store correctly

Hi Guys,
we have a multi vendor shop running on Dokan which works well despite of the single store that we have designed with Elementor. If you click on the link below you will find that the custom vendor page does not load.
However if we switch back to the default dokan theme the page is being rendered correctly.
Any guidance on how to fix this is appreciated.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

This HTML block contains the shortcode for showing Dokan content
Please remove this HTML block from the menu and check how it would work.

that solves the Problem, thank you.
I am wondering why the custom menue causes this problem so I can work around that issue. The Custom storemenue filters the stores to the active ones. Without it the filters are gone.

Any menu functionality is based on showing images and links which would allow a user easily navigate to the page you would like to send.
The menu does not support any functional pages or any functionals. This is the default WordPress menu functionality. WoodMart menu has a customized menu to expand the default view, at the same time, the default functionality remained.
