Woodmart don't save my delivery and order address

After adding my delivery and order address to account and save i receive clean delivery and order address after reload

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I checked. Works in original theme. When i added address in wordpress account, i can’t add address to delivery in checkout
Why in account menu i can’t add adress but into wordpress menu i can, and it appears in account woodmart?
After added the Buyer’s billing address, i can’t choose option of the adress to delivery
I suspect that the theme does not have the right to change the data and therefore they change only through wordpress

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area. Please provide step-by-step actions on how to reproduce the problem.
Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

After registration, go to account, address(адреса) and fill the fields, press save. Reload, address wasn’t saved.
Place an order and enter data, check the account, adress, data is saved?

After registration on site – go to account [https://fineorganics.com.ua/my-account/] – address (адреси) [https://fineorganics.com.ua/my-account/edit-address/] – edit (редагувати) – and fill the fields – press save. Reload – !address wasn’t saved!.
Check: Place an order and enter data, check the account, adress, data is saved?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
