Hi, we’re having a theme import issue. It is mentioned that all plugins should be disabled, so we have done that but nothing happened.
    We’re waiting for your respond
    Thanks in advance.

Our theme dummy content AJAX requests are blocked by your server https://gyazo.com/69bdb3af63891f1138fdbc9339608744
It might be either some firewall or timeout configuration problem. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    Kind Regards

    Hello again,

We still have the same problem. Checked some firewall or timeout configurations, but there are nothing hindering factors.
Please, check the WordPress dashboard again. Also, would you be as kind as to tell us an alternative way to fix the problem?

    We’re looking hearing from you.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hello,

Please, consult with your hosting provider on this matter. Ask them to check this particular AJAX request by themselves. We don’t see any errors in the log so it is definitely a problem on the server side.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

We consulted with the hosting provider.

They said more specific information is needed about Ajax errors to check requests by themselves.

    Hello,

All the details are on this screenshot https://gyazo.com/69bdb3af63891f1138fdbc9339608744
If they need more information, they need to log in to your Dashboard and run the import to see this request.

    Kind Regards
