Woodmart e YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce

    Hello,
    i have an issue between YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce and your theme.
    When i use the “ask for confirmation” feature, instead of book now, in the product page, the system doesn’t ask me to register myself but reload the page and nothing happens.
    The Yith support answer to me that the woodmart theme does not include “default WooCommerce alerts” while the plugin need those to work.
    Actually if i disable the Woodmart Core plugin , yith plugin works well.
    Can you fix it?

    Firstly, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand whether it is our theme issue?

    Vi inoltro un messaggio dell’assistenza di Yith:
    “come comportamento di default, WooCommerce usa nei suoi template la funzione woocommerce_output_all_notices() per stampare a video tutti quei messaggi di notifica (errore o successo) che vengono aggiunti alla sessione tramite l’uso della funzione wc_add_notice().
    Agli sviluppatori del tema dovresti dunque far presente che l’uso di questa funzione è stato dismesso e che, di conseguenza, i messaggi di notifica non appaiono.”

    Hello,

    I see that the page is built via Layouts, in this case, we have a special widget called “Woocommerce Hook” in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Hello,
    the Yith support replied that the right hook should be “woocommerce_before_single_product”.
    I tried to insert it into the layout, but doesn’t work.
    Can you check this?

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    I confirm the permission to do so, but I ask you to be quick to restore the site with all its features because the site is online and already has some users.
    Do you update the plugins and disable cache or do I have to do it myself?

    Also, the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

    Edit the Layout in Dashboard -> Layouts -> Single product and define the “WooCommerce Notices” element: https://prnt.sc/iUGBaF41Nx79

    Then those messages should be shown.
