    Hello,
We have a website with Woodmart theme and elementor editor. The problem is that we can’t properly edit the content with elementor editor. It goes into a “Loading” loop. After a while a message appears at the bottom right allowing “Safe mode” to be enabled. After “safe mode” activation we can edit but in this restrictive mode. The site has Woodmart theme, wocommerce elementor etc. It runs on PHP 8.3.1 and database 10.11.13-MariaDB-cll-lve. If instead of Woodmart theme I activated another default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Five) the problem disappears and elementor works. We need support.

    Hello claudiu.moisescu,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    2. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    3. If it doesn’t help, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access to Private Content area, I will debug that issue.

    Best Regards,
    Hung PD

    Thanks for your answer,
    1. I deactivated all plugin except Elementor, Woocommerce, WoodMart Core. Nothing changed. When I try to edit with elementor it remains in “Loading” loop

    2. I activated Twenty Twenty-Five WP theme instead of Woodmart. In this case Elementor WORKS.

    Hello,

I’m back with clearer information about the login URL.
The site is in the process of migration. The web domain pelso-lexy.hu still has the nameservers of the other host associated.
We don’t know how to access the site installed on your hosting by simply entering the IP of your hosting package 185.111.89.243 in the browser.
So, in order to be able to work and access the login URL http://www.pelso-lexy.hu/wp-admin from our stations, have associated pelso-lexy.hu with the IP 185.111.89.243 in the hosts file in Windows. We recommend to you to do the same.

    Hello claudiu.moisescu,

    Thanks for details.

I see the PHP Post Max Size PHP Max Input Vars PHP Upload Max Size values under WoodMart > Status are lower than recommended.

Please to increase these values in the server’s configuration. You need to execute some server commands for this. I would suggest you approach Hosting Provider for this.

    Regards,
    Hung PD

    Hello,
Following your recommendations we have moved to a more permissive host.
Still the domain pelso-lexy.hu has nameservers on the old hosting
For the new server where we uploaded the site the IP is 176.223.167.115 . As a result, in order to be able to work and access the login URL http://www.pelso-lexy.hu/wp-admin from our stations, we have associated pelso-lexy.hu with the IP 176.223.167.115 in the hosts file in Windows. We recommend you to do the same.
Still the problem is the same, editing with elementor can not be done (enter Loading loop). I also tried with deactivating plugins.
In addition, you can see that in WoodMart > Status that the minimum values are now respected
If there are other variables that need to be set please let us know what they are and what values they should have.
Please help as we are pressed for time

    Hello claudiu.moisescu,

    Thanks for your patience.

I switched to default theme, keep only Elementor plugin activated but issue still persists with the default theme. It means that it is not our theme issue. Please contact the author support in this regard they will guide you better. https://elementor.com/help/elementor-not-loading/

Please let me know how it goes.

I solved by resetting permalinks in WordPress settings. You can close this ticket
