Woodmart – Elementor Products (grid/carousel)

I have inserted the element products (grid or carousel) on my website, the problem is that using the responsive settings i set the number of slides per view on desktop to 4 and it works just fine but on the laptop resolution when i set it to 3(2 or 1 or 5) it keeps the desktop settings instead. This is not just a visual bug from the editor, i have double checked it on the actual website too.

The problem is on the laptop resolution not on the tablet. 1440px – 1025px.

The thing is that the “Laptop” view is related to the custom viewport therefore we are not support it at the moment, unfortunately.
